Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to drive the proposal process from inquiry to contract award. You will coordinate internal inputs, review requirements, and direct production of the final proposal.

You will work with proposal team and departments across offices to meet client needs, improve efficiency, and mentor others while expanding your leadership opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of proposal experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications with 5+ years in construction EPC projects.
• Knowledge in bid preparation for the electric power industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits documentation to set-up internal proposal number.
• Performs a detailed review of the inquiry to interpret the scope of work and deliverables.
• Develops the proposal matrix and schedule, adhering to the guidelines in the process.
• Establishes the electronic file structure, archive and backup procedures for all proposal materials.
• Establishes and documents electronic proposal file access and tracking protocols.
• Schedules, organizes and leads internal proposal kick-off meetings with the team.
• Liaises with commercial and technical teams to request required documentation.
• Coordinates the preparation of the proposal and tracks progress with the team.
• Ensures proposal is compliant with client requirements and company standards.
