Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services subsidiary, is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support the Estimating department by organizing bids, managing documents, and ensuring timely delivery across projects in the western region.

You will coordinate with estimators, project managers, safety, and QA/QC to craft client-ready content and maintain boilerplate libraries. This role reports to the Estimating Department and requires strong written communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field preferred with proposal or technical writing experience.

• “Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.”
• “Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software; MS Projects a plus.”],

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to determine proposal requirements and deadlines.
• Distribute RFP documents to estimating and executive teams, tracking scope, deadlines, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules ensuring timely completion.
• Draft and edit narrative content for proposals, ensuring alignment with EST team's basis of estimate.
• Collaborate with estimating, business development, and leadership to develop win themes and proof points.
