Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination, proposal writing, or technical writing.
• Experience with RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs, SS, and SOQs, preferably in A/E industry.
• Strong commitment to producing high-quality, compliant deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other solicitation documents.
• Develop compliance matrices for proposals.
• Coordinate the development of proposals and marketing submissions.
• Facilitate proposal reviews and manage document control.
