Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to drive the proposal process from inquiry through contract award. You will coordinate internal inputs, ensure compliance with the client’s requirements, and lead the team to deliver high-quality submissions on time.

This role partners with Commercial and Technical teams across multiple offices, manages schedules and documentation, and mentors junior staff as needed to uphold QISG’s high standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 5+ years of proposal experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, Journalism, English or equivalent and 5+ years in construction industry.
• Knowledge of bid preparation, especially in electric power industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits documentation to set-up internal proposal number.
• Reviews the inquiry to interpret scope of work and deliverables.
• Develops the proposal matrix and schedule per guidelines.
• Establishes electronic file structure, archive, and back-up capability for all materials.
• Documents access and tracking protocols for proposal materials.
• Leads internal proposal kick-off meetings with the team.
• Liaises with commercial and technical teams to gather required documents.
• Ensures proposal reflects client requirements and company strategy.
• Coordinates internal flow and approvals prior to submission.
• Acts as a point of contact with Client, coordinating with sales and commercial teams.
• Adheres to internal standards and completes special projects.
