Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to drive the proposal development process, ensuring security and integrity of documents from inquiry to award. The role includes coordinating inputs, directing production, and mentoring teammates within a growing team.

The position emphasizes detailed workload management, schedule adherence, and collaboration with commercial and technical teams across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of proposal experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, Journalism, English or equivalent is preferred and 5+ years in construction/EPC.
• Knowledge in bid preparation, especially in electric power industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage internal proposal numbers and documentation.
• Review inquiry scope and deliverables; develop proposal matrix and schedule.
• Coordinate proposal production and maintain file structures and security.
• Lead internal kickoff meetings and liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and company guidelines.
• Identify issues and coordinate solutions with stakeholders.
• Support management with direction and mentoring within the team.
