Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC seeks a Senior Proposal Coordinator to guide the proposal lifecycle with a focus on accuracy and compliant submissions. You’ll coordinate inputs, schedules and cross‑functional reviews to win contracts.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in proposal roles, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to lead teams and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 5+ years of proposal experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit documentation to set-up internal proposal numbers.
• Review the inquiry to interpret the scope of work and deliverables.
• Develop the proposal matrix and schedule per guidelines.
• Establish electronic file structure and backup for proposal materials.
• Coordinate internal proposal inputs and track progress with the team.
• Ensure proposal is fully compliant with client requirements and company strategy.
