Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations, including supervision of staff, leasing, budgeting, and maintenance. You will ensure a well-maintained community, handle resident relations, and coordinate with the Regional Property Manager on strategic planning.

The ideal candidate has several years in property management, strong leadership, and solid budgeting/administrative skills.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree preferred.
• 2 year Associate degree
• 7 years general, full time business experience
• 3 years experience in Property Management
• ARM, CAM, RAM, or HCCP preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of property operations and staff supervision.
• Hire, terminate, and evaluate staff.
• Prepare leases and related forms; assist in leasing apartments.
• Collect rents and manage delinquency; maintain financial records.
• Adhere to company accounting policies and budget.
• Coordinate maintenance and supervise outside contractors.
• Handle move-ins/outs and apartment inspections.
• Plan and prepare annual operating budget with Regional Property Manager.
• Maintain communication with residents, applicants, and vendors.
