Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain the community's condition and appearance, identify problems, and perform timely repairs. The role spans HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more, ensuring quality workmanship and safety.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 1–3 years of maintenance experience, and HVAC/CPO certifications. Strong communication, basic computer skills, and customer service are essential for success in this on-site

Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak English for instructions and documentation.
• Perform basic arithmetic and measurements for tasks and materials.
• Use Microsoft Office and property management software for records and reports.
• Operate common maintenance tools and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general maintenance and repairs per Mill Creek standards.
• Thoroughly inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect units for quality.
• Restore apartments to make-ready status.
• Respond to repair requests across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and maintenance needs.
• Respond to resident requests with timely, courteous service.
• Promote safe work practices on-site.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws, including Fair Housing.
