Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community. This role handles repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks to prepare apartments for new residents.

You will inspect units, address HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety concerns, and deliver strong customer service to residents while upholding safety and Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience performing maintenance duties.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful.
• HVAC certification preferred; CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing maintenance and repairs per standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect units.
• Restore apartments to make ready status.
• Respond to resident requests and provide customer service.
• Ensure safety and compliance with laws and regulations.
