Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician I to maintain the curb appeal and physical condition of the community. This hands-on role includes routine maintenance, painting, cleaning, janitorial, and groundskeeping, with duties in vacant and occupied apartments.

You will follow safety standards, respond to service requests promptly, and help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained property. A High School diploma and maintenance experience are preferred, with growth opportunities

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Maintenance experience is helpful.
• Multi-family maintenance experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and appearance of an assigned community in accordance with operating and safety standards.
• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventative maintenance, repairs, cleaning and janitorial, and groundskeeping, in line with Mill Creek standards.
• Maintain buildings, corridors, stairwells, and breezeways free of trash and debris.
• Perform maintenance and painting in vacant homes and respond to service requests in occupied homes.
• Routinely inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety and identify maintenance projects.
• Ensure prompt resident service and safe work practices; comply with Fair Housing regulations.
