Mill Creek Residential seeks a Service Technician Level II to maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, including making repairs and preparing vacated units for new residents. You will identify problems, complete service requests, and ensure safety and quality in all tasks.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, handling HVAC/plumbing/electrical repairs, and maintaining grounds. Strong customer service and adherence to safety standards are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; HVAC/CPO certifications preferred.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred; multi-family experience helpful.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and make repairs per Mill Creek standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect units.
• Restore apartments to make-ready status after turnover.
• Address resident requests promptly with high customer service.
• Ensure safety and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
