Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain the community’s physical condition and appearance. You will identify problems, process service requests, and perform repairs to keep units and grounds in top shape.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma (GED preferred), and HVAC/CPO certification is a plus. You’ll work on-site across a range of upkeep tasks and uphold safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience performing maintenance duties.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Thoroughly inspect vacated apartments, document renovations and re-inspect units.
• Routinely perform duties to restore apartments to make-ready status.
• Respond to problems with repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Inspect community grounds and buildings to ensure safety standards.
• Respond to resident requests with timely, excellent service.
• Promote safe work practices among on-site team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and Fair Housing regulations.
