Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain the Falls Church, VA community. You will identify problems, complete service requests, and perform repairs to keep apartments in top condition, following safety standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include make-ready prep, HVAC/electrical/plumbing repairs, and resident service. High School diploma or GED preferred, with 1–3 years of maintenance experience; HVAC/CPO certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in general duties, preventative maintenance and repairs per standards.
• Thoroughly inspect vacated apartments and document renovations.
• Routinely perform make-ready tasks to restore apartments to ready status.
• Respond to problems with repairs: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, safety systems.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with laws.
