Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain the physical condition of the community and complete service requests. The role focuses on restoring apartments to make-ready status and performing repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, while staying aligned with safety standards and resident satisfaction.

The position emphasizes timely responses to resident requests, quality workmanship, and adherence to Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience performing maintenance duties.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• Routinely inspect vacated apartments and finalize renovations for make-ready status.
• Respond to problems with repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety standards and maintenance of systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and maintain safety compliance.
