Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain and repair community units, ensuring high presentation and timely turnarounds. You will inspect vacated apartments, perform HVAC, electrical and plumbing repairs, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the property.

The role requires 1-3 years of maintenance experience, high school completion, and HVAC/CPO certifications as preferred assets.

Qualifications

• ,Must be able to read, write and follow work orders accurately.
• ,Experience in multifamily maintenance is preferred.
• HVAC and municipal safety compliance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• Thoroughly inspect vacated apartments and document renovations.
• Restore apartments to make ready status after inspections.
• Respond to repair requests including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and maintenance projects.
• Provide timely resident service and uphold safety standards.
• Comply with all laws and Fair Housing regulations.
