Job summary

Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC is seeking a Service Technician Level II to maintain the community’s physical condition and appearance. You will identify problems, complete service requests, and perform repairs to uphold high standards for safety and aesthetics.

You will respond to resident needs, inspect units, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while supporting the on-site team and Mill Creek mission.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years’ maintenance experience.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventative maintenance and repairs according to Mill Creek standards.
• Thoroughly inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect units for high quality and presentation.
• Routinely restore apartments to make-ready status.
• Respond to problems with repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety and identify maintenance projects.
• Address resident requests promptly with excellent customer service.
• Promote safe work practices among on-site team.
