Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and complete make-ready tasks for vacant units. You will manage tools, inventory, and documentation while upholding safety standards.

You'll also assist with grounds upkeep and coordinate with vendors as needed. A high school diploma, 3+ years' experience, EPA certifications, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years minimum maintenance or related trade experience.
• EPA refrigerant certifications or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate property vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects per policy and code requirements.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Maintain inventory and document service requests accurately.
• Perform general upkeep of grounds and common areas as needed.
• Attend safety trainings and follow risk-management policies.
