Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building systems meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. EPA certification is highly desired for this role, with opportunities for bonuses through various programs.

The position includes making-ready vacant apartments, managing supplies, and supporting safety and risk management on site. Strong maintenance skills and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification (highly desired).
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications required for all service techs.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service building systems per policies, safety standards, and codes.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track inventory, obtain materials, and notify supervisor for reorders.
