Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service/resident properties, handling repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks for vacant units. You will document work orders, manage basic supplies, and ensure safety standards are maintained across the property.

Responsibilities include performing repairs, coordinating with vendors, and inspecting work for quality. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required; some locations may involve

Qualifications

• Requires EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1/II or Universal.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy.
• Finish make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-in tasks.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify supervisor when re-ordering needed.
• Document service requests timely and accurately for records.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Repair parts when possible to support cost-control measures.
• Inspect contractor work to ensure it meets quality standards.
