Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance across buildings, grounds, and common areas. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.

The role involves making-ready vacant units, coordinating vendors, and documenting work. A valid EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are required, with potential travel to other properties and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1/II or Universal required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Track inventory, obtain materials, and notify supervisor on re-order needs.
• Document service requests accurately for records.
• Maintain grounds and amenities; assist in cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
