Greystar is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical condition of property interiors and exteriors. You will handle requests, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance to meet safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards across the community.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma, GED, or related experience.
• Proven ability to apply logical thinking to diagnose and fix problems.
• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Perform make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track materials and inventory, reorder as needed and document maintenance tasks.
• Document service requests accurately and timely for record-keeping.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, assist with safety and upkeep.
• Attend safety trainings and comply with OSHA and company policies.
• Inspect contractor work to ensure quality and scope.
• Conduct routine property inspections and report needs to management.
