Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Service Technician to handle maintenance requests, diagnose issues, and repair in line with safety standards and codes. You will perform make-ready tasks for new move-ins and manage inventory while documenting work and supporting on-site grounds maintenance.

Ideal candidates hold EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications, possess a valid driver’s license, and are available for flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on property.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Follows procedures to access materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents and completes paperwork to accurately track service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans and paints as needed.
• Supports cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible and using tools correctly.
