Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform mechanical work across the community, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and high-quality appearance for buildings and amenities. You will handle resident work orders, make-ready tasks, and routine inspections to uphold Greystar standards.

The role requires EPA HVAC certification, tool proficiency, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide hand tools and safely use power tools and equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for internal/external contacts.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects from resident service requests.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units: inspections, punch list, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas.
• Inspect work of team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and order supplies within budget.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance per policy and procedure.
