Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high quality in all common areas and units. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and participate in make-ready tasks for new move-ins.

Formación

• Must be able to diagnose and repair issues from service requests.
• Must perform preventative maintenance and complete make-ready tasks on vacant units.
• Must track inventory, obtain materials, and notify for re-orders as needed.
• Accurate documentation of service requests for ticketing and records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with cleaning and painting as required.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair issues from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units, inspect, schedule vendors, and finish tasks.
• Request materials from maintenance, track inventory, and notify for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing instead of replacing when possible.
