Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This role performs preventive maintenance, handles work orders, and assists with make-ready tasks for new move-ins.

Responsibilities include inventory control, documenting work, and supporting cost-control efforts by repairing rather than replacing parts where possible.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All state/local certifications as required for Service Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Perform make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
