Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Service Technician to keep property buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and address resident requests while following policy and safety standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, prepping vacant units for leasing, and managing supplies. The role requires flexibility, weekend/holiday coverage, and occasional travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Essential responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects, and making repairs per safety standards.
• Make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections, punch list, and vendor scheduling.
• Track inventory, procure materials, and notify supervision for re-orders.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety and risk-management policies and participates in safety meetings.
• May inspect contractor work to ensure quality and specifications.
