Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose and repair issues from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance across common areas and units.

Responsibilities include making-ready vacant homes, documenting tasks, and assisting in cost-control by using parts efficiently. OSHA compliance and safety awareness are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/2/Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.
• Demonstrates safety and OSHA awareness as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Execute the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors as needed.
• Maintain inventory and track materials used; report re-order needs to the maintenance supervisor.
