Swiss Re is seeking a Senior Property Facultative Underwriter to evaluate and underwrite property accounts across industries. You will perform risk analysis using advanced modeling tools and tailor reinsurance solutions to meet client needs while optimizing portfolio performance.

You will interact with clients to resolve insurance needs, manage portfolio risk, and develop marketing strategies across national and international channels in a hybrid work model in Alpharetta, GA; Chicago, IL; and

Qualifikationen

• Underwriting experience in property risk domains.
• Experience with U.S. property market is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or related field.

Aufgaben

• Assess and underwrite risks for a wide range of industries such as offices, schools, public entities, manufacturing, warehousing, and other SME/Middle Market sectors.
• Engage directly with clients to resolve needs while improving our facultative portfolio.
• Manage portfolio risk with data-driven tools that provide clarity on exposure and pricing metrics.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external partners, and engage clients to meet their needs.
• Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with colleagues and expand into national and international channels.
• Lead execution of business strategy across a diverse national customer and broker network.
• Drive efficiency by optimizing processes and implementing new tools.
