Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Insurance or Risk Management is a plus.
• 4-8 years of relevant commercial property underwriting experience.
• Working knowledge of insurance modeling and rating tools and underwriting systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess and underwrite risks for a wide range of industries, such as offices, schools, public entities, manufacturing, warehousing, and other SME/Middle Market sectors.
• Collaborate with clients and brokers to address reinsurance needs while supporting portfolio quality.
• Manage portfolio risk with data-driven tools that provide clarity on exposure and pricing metrics.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners, engaging clients to meet their needs.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and develop broker/client partnerships in the region and beyond.
• Support execution of business strategy across a national client and broker network with regional/product partners.
• Assist in optimizing processes and adopting new tools.
