• Experience with the U.S. property insurance market.
• Adept decision-making skills.
• Strong marketing and relationship-building skills with brokers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assess and underwrite risks for a wide range of industries, including offices, schools, manufacturing, warehousing and more.
• Collaborate with clients and brokers to address reinsurance needs while improving the facultative portfolio.
• Manage portfolio risk with data-driven tools that provide exposure and pricing clarity.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to meet client needs.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and develop broker/client partnerships in the region.
• Support execution of business strategy across a national broker network with product teams.
• Assist in optimizing processes and adopting new tools to drive efficiency.
