Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Insurance or Risk Management or equivalent.
• 4–8 years of relevant commercial property underwriting experience.
• Knowledge of insurance modeling and rating tools.
• Experience with the U.S. property insurance market.
• Strong marketing and relationship-building skills to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Assess and underwrite risks for a wide range of industries (offices, schools, manufacturing, etc.).
• Collaborate with clients and brokers to address reinsurance needs and portfolio improvement.
• Manage portfolio risk using data-driven tools for exposure and pricing insights.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external partners and brokers.
• Contribute to regional marketing strategies and client partnerships.
