Swiss Re is seeking a Senior Property Facultative Underwriter to assess and underwrite diverse property risks for SME and Middle Market clients in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

You will leverage modeling tools to tailor reinsurance solutions, build client and broker relationships, and drive portfolio optimization across national and international channels. A strong background in U.S. property markets is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or related field.
• 6–10 years of single risk underwriting experience.
• Experience with the U.S. property insurance market.
• Working knowledge of insurance modeling and rating tools and underwriting systems.
• Adept decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and underwrite risks for offices, schools, public entities, manufacturing, warehousing, and other SME and Middle Market sectors.
• Interact directly with clients to resolve needs while improving the facultative portfolio.
• Manage portfolio risk with data-driven tools that provide clarity on exposure and pricing metrics.
• Build relationships with clients, brokers, and internal partners to understand and meet needs.
• Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with colleagues and expand into national and international channels.
• Lead execution of business strategy across a national customer and broker network.
• Drive efficiency improvements by optimizing processes and implementing new tools.
