Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP seeks a Senior Property Compliance Analyst to plan, coordinate and administer daily operations, with leadership over staff and client relationships. In this role you will train, mentor and supervise analysts, manage engagements, and lead trainings on Section 42, Section 8 and related programs.

Experience in LIHTC and HOME programs, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse clients are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5–7 years with direct experience in administration and monitoring of IRC Section 42, IRC Section 142, 24 CFR Part 92 (HOME) and related programs.
• Extensive knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations including LIHTC and Tax-Exempt Bonds.
• Ability to direct and organize client needs, set goals, identify problems and implement solutions.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication; excellent client relations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Complete tenant file compliance reviews and reports with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage engagements.
• Identify problem areas and propose effective solutions.
• Develop reports and analyze data; strengthen client relationships.
• Lead trainings and workshops on compliance with housing programs.
• Mentor and supervise property compliance analysts.
