Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams across transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and IT initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety, delivering programs from business case through closeout with budgets typically from $250K to $15 million.

You will engage sponsors and stakeholders, coordinate resources, and guide team members to achieve objectives on time while maintaining strong governance and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 4-7 years PM experience, or HS diploma with 6-9 years PM experience.
• CAPM certification or achieve CAPM within two years of entry (PMP may fulfill).
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects spanning transmission, substation, distribution, gas, IT with cross-functional teams.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and safety; develop recovery plans as needed.
• Interface with sponsors and stakeholders; present at executive level.
• Coach and lead team members; obtain resources and assign responsibilities.
• Ensure alignment with management through detailed reporting and governance.
