The Exelon Project Manager will lead cross‑functional teams across transmission, substation, distribution, gas and IT initiatives with budgets typically from $250K to $15 million. You’ll drive scope, schedule and budget, develop plans, and manage programs through approvals and closeout, occasionally working extended hours during storms or energy emergencies.

You'll coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders, ensure on‑time delivery, monitor costs, and provide clear reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field plus 4–7 years project management experience (construction) or 4–7 years in non-construction PM, or equivalent
• CAPM certification or plan to achieve within two years of entry
• Demonstrated successful project management and ability to manage conflicting priorities

Responsabilités

• Lead projects with budgets from $250K to $15 million across multiple disciplines and operating areas
• Manage scope, schedule and budget, develop and execute project plans, and ensure proper governance and closeout
• Interface with stakeholders at sponsor, executive and interdepartmental levels
• Communicate project status and issues to sponsors and senior management
• Foster strong relationships between project teams and line managers
• Coach and lead team members to complete tasks
• Identify and obtain project resources
• Ensure clear understanding of responsibilities across teams
