Exelon is seeking a Project Manager to oversee transmission, substation, distribution, gas and IT projects with cross-functional teams across multiple operating areas. You will drive scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance, and lead or support business cases and project plans through approval and closeout.

Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, delivering reports to senior management, and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; or HS diploma with 3–6 years of PM experience
• Bachelor's degree in business/engineering or related field; or HS diploma with 3–6 years PM experience
• Ability to build consensus, communicate effectively and drive culture change
• Ability to work independently and lead teams with competing priorities
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Experience in creating and implementing process improvements and efficiencies

Responsabilités

• Lead or support project and program performance across transmission, substation, distribution, gas and IT initiatives
• Manage costs, schedule, scope and risks; develop recovery plans as needed
• Coordinate requirements with external and internal stakeholders
• Build effective relationships with team members, managers, interfaces, and contractors
• Serve as primary communicator with sponsors and stakeholders for leading projects
• Coach and mentor team members on responsibilities and tasks
• Identify and secure resources with PM leadership
• Provide detailed reporting to management on projects and programs
