Job summary

Exelon Corporation seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and IT initiatives across cross-functional teams. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety, leading projects from business case through closeout, with typical budgets from $1M to $60M.

The role may require extended hours during storms or energy emergencies. Strong communication with executives and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; 7–10 years PM experience or 9–12 with/without degree.
• PMP certification or plan to obtain within two years of entry.

Responsibilities

• Directly accountable to deliver projects on time and within or below budget.
• Interface with external customers for transmission/substation projects and negotiate schedules.
• Lead and coach team members, mentor less experienced colleagues, and manage resources.
• Prepare and present reports to sponsors and senior stakeholders.
