Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams on transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and IT initiatives. Projects range from $250K to $15M and may require extended hours during storms or energy emergencies.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety, coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders, and guide teams to successful execution with robust reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 4–7 years of PM experience.
• CAPM or PMP certification required or obtainable within two years.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects with budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and IT.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and safety performance.
• Interface with sponsors and stakeholders for progress updates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external resources.
• Provide structured reports to management and drive execution.
