Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC, a premier electrical infrastructure builder, seeks a Project Manager II to lead renewable high-voltage transmission line and substation construction projects.

You will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, cost control, and client satisfaction, with up to 75% travel. PMP certification is required within 60 days of hire; candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to the metro area.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in transmission and/or substation construction.
• Proven experience managing utility-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of high-voltage construction methods, sequencing, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission and substation construction projects from award through final turnover.
• Oversee pre-construction planning, scheduling, procurement, construction execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality construction.
• Manage scope changes, change orders, and client communication.
