Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Sr Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-voltage transmission line and substation construction projects.

You will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, cost control, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver utility infrastructure projects that power communities safely and reliably.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in transmission and/or substation construction.
• Proven experience managing utility-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of high-voltage construction methods, sequencing, and safety requirements.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Execution: manage transmission and substation projects from award through turnover.
• Champion Safety & Compliance: enforce OSHA, conduct site visits, ensure environmental and contract compliance.
• Manage Financial Performance: develop budgets, track costs, review invoices and change orders.
• Drive Schedule & Resource Planning: develop schedules, coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Serve as Client Liaison: be the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, lead meetings, manage changes.
• Ensure Documentation & Quality: oversee RFIs, submittals, reports, and project closeout.
