Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Sr Project Manager to lead high-voltage transmission line and substation construction projects.

You will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction while coordinating with field teams, engineers, and subcontractors. PMP certification within 60 days of hire is required.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in transmission and/or substation construction.
• PMP certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Willing to travel to project sites and relocate to the metro area.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission and substation construction projects from award through turnover.
• Oversee pre-construction planning, scheduling, procurement, construction execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Partner with Superintendents and field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality construction.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets; monitor costs and productivity.
• Act as the primary client liaison; lead meetings and manage scope changes.
