Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead renewable high-voltage transmission line and substation construction projects. You will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost control while coordinating with field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

Preferred 3–5+ years in transmission/substation construction with strong budgeting, scheduling and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in transmission and/or substation construction.
• Experience managing utility-scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings, contracts and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission and substation projects from award through turnover.
• Oversee pre-construction planning, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.
• Partner with field teams to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Manage change orders, invoicing, and cost tracking.
• Maintain client relationships and lead project meetings.
