Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Sr Project Manager to lead high-voltage transmission and substation construction. You will oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Travel includes office and site presence, with PMP preferred within 60 days. You will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, coordinate with field teams, and serve as the client liaison to deliver

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in transmission/substation construction.
• Experience managing utility-scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor oversight.
• PMP certification and willingness to relocate to metro area.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from award to turnover.
• Oversee pre-construction, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.
• Coordinate with field teams for safe, efficient construction.
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, and productivity tracking.
• Lead client meetings and manage change orders.
• Maintain project documentation and quality control.
