PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead renewable high-voltage transmission line and substation construction projects.

You will manage from pre-construction through closeout, collaborating with field leadership, engineers, and clients to deliver complex utility infrastructure safely and reliably. Up to 75% travel; salary $100k-$145k depending on experience; PMP within 60 days is required; relocation to the metro area may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in transmission and/or substation construction.
• Proven experience managing utility-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of high-voltage construction methods, sequencing, and safety requirements.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Execution: manage transmission and substation construction projects from award through final turnover.
• Champion Safety & Compliance: promote safety culture and OSHA compliance on sites.
• Manage Financial Performance: develop budgets, track costs, review invoices and change orders.
• Drive Schedule & Resource Planning: maintain detailed schedules and coordinate manpower and materials.
• Serve as Client Liaison: be the main contact for clients and stakeholders, lead meetings.
• Ensure Documentation & Quality: manage RFIs, submittals, reports, and project closeout.
