Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Sr Project Manager to lead high-voltage transmission line and substation construction projects. You will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Travel is typical, with in-field work on site and in offices. You will oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and coordination with field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in transmission and/or substation construction.
• Experience managing utility-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of high-voltage construction methods, sequencing, and safety requirements.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from award through turnover with field teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence and client satisfaction.
• Develop budgets, cost forecasts, and monitor project costs.
• Develop detailed schedules and coordinate manpower and materials.
• Act as primary client liaison, manage meetings and change orders.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, daily reports and project closeout.
