Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead the delivery of high-voltage transmission line and substation construction projects in the United States. You will manage from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating with field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence, and on-budget performance.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, risk management, and client liaison skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in transmission and/or substation construction.
• Experience managing utility-scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.
• Willing to travel to project sites as required.
• PMP certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the metro area.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from award through turnover.
• Oversee pre-construction planning, scheduling, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost control.
• Manage client relationships and act as primary liaison.
• Review invoices, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
