PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Sr Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-voltage transmission line and substation construction projects. You will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver utility infrastructure that powers communities safely and reliably.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in transmission and/or substation construction.
• Proven experience managing utility-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of high-voltage construction methods, sequencing, and safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead project execution from award through final turnover.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Serve as client liaison and coordinate with field teams and subcontractors.
