Signature Performance in Newark, NJ seeks a Project Manager III to drive initiatives from initiation to completion, balancing budget, scope, and deadlines. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience managing multiple projects with an uncommon level of professionalism.

The candidate will lead diverse teams, serve as Scrum Master for agile projects, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and governance across programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years Project Management experience with a strong emphasis on IT/Software Implementation projects.
• Proven track record in IT/Software Implementation projects is essential.
• Expertise in developing comprehensive formal Project Management Plans encompassing all typical management sub-plans.
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Project (Professional or online versions).
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing typical KPIs for monitoring and controlling project work.
• Ability to lead and coach project teams in WBS and estimation methods.
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO required.
• Healthcare industry experience required.
• Demonstrated SDLC expertise.
• Bachelors or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and manage project activities using traditional/waterfall, agile/lean, and/or hybrid approaches.
• Serve as a Scrum Master for agile projects, facilitating sprint activities to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Implement change management principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive project scopes and objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and perform schedule development and critical path analysis.
• Generate detailed project documentation (Charter, Vision & Scope, logs, reports, plans).
• Facilitate clear communication and memorialize key decisions from meetings.
• Manage scope, schedule, and costs with verification techniques; report risks and issues.
