Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead lifecycle delivery of mission-critical electrical data center projects. You will oversee site development through commissioning, coordinating engineers, electricians, and subcontractors to meet scope, budgets, and schedules.

You will manage risk, safety, and quality across multiple sites, communicating progress to clients and leadership while driving successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical data center construction or large-scale industrial facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field encouraged to apply.
• NFPA 70E or OSHA certification encouraged to apply.
• Experience with PM software/tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and Primavera P6 encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Build and lead project teams including electricians, technicians, and subcontractors; monitor performance and foster collaboration.
• Coordinate resources, materials, equipment, and personnel; manage procurement and vendor relationships.
• Supervise project execution, ensure safety and quality, monitor progress, budget, and timelines; communicate status to clients and stakeholders.
• Handle changes and scope adjustments efficiently; document communications to relevant parties.
• Implement quality control; ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Maintain project documentation; deliver regular progress reports to management and clients.
• Conduct project reviews and ensure completion of deliverables and documentation.
