Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple electrical data center projects across the U.S. You will collaborate with Project Executives, field leadership, and clients to drive successful delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes, and proficiency with PM tools like Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6. Occasional travel and site visits are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with PM software: Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, P6.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Initiation: define scope, goals, and deliverables; develop plans, schedules, budgets; conduct risk assessments.
• Team Management: lead electricians, technicians, and subcontractors; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Resource Allocation: secure materials, equipment, and personnel; manage procurement and vendor relations.
• Project Execution and Monitoring: supervise execution; ensure safety and quality; report progress.
• Change Management: handle scope changes; communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: enforce safety standards and workmanship; ensure code compliance.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain plans and reports; provide regular updates to management.
• Project Closure: conduct reviews; finalize deliverables and invoices.
